    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Max Planck Institute in May 2011.

    Interview

Three rounds in the application - online application, panel presentation and one to one interview. Quite tough and they generally ask questions related to your past project and CV. Mostly looking intelligent people with high level of motivation for research. They generally look for good research experience. Apply to the researcher, which suits your past research experience. Please don't apply to everyone. In one to one interview, mention them how you will be useful to the research group and why you want to join them.

    Interview Questions

    • technical questions and feedback to your past research projects   Answer Question

    Negotiation

please negotiate about salary and stipend, if you get selected.
