I have worked with the company for the last 2.5 years and I have been exposed to all divisions, all levels of management. The management team has long tenure, and are focused on ethics, improvement and growing the business. The company and it's divisions are focused on the people. The culture is one of hard work, but reward and praise for a job well done. The stock has performed well over the years, the brand is strong in the marketplace.

Perhaps a bit slow and lengthy in the hiring process.

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing the job that they are doing.

I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at McGrath RentCorp (Sacramento, CA) in November 2014.

Overall great experience. Friendly interviewers(3), non threatining feeling. From past experience, other companies seemed to grill me. No negative feelings whatsoever here. So far a great atmosphere and positive people. Liked how they seemed "normal" and had a non robotic, judging manor to them.

    Interview Questions

In my situation it was either travel over an hour and a half to work (location change) or take the offer givin, which was a little more than what I was currently making now. Which by all means isn't bad AT ALL. Glad that im going with a company that seems like they genuinely believe in me.
