I have been working at McIlhenny full-time (more than an year)

Get a bonus ever year around 12% of your annual salary but this does not make up for the very low wages.

There are so many bad things to say about this company. This company has the poorest management that I have ever seen. Their wages are well below industry average. They ask you to take on more job titles with no extra money or incentives. They never want to fix something the right way and procrastinate for very long periods if time. I asked for a tool 4 months ago and still have not received to due to laziness of management. Never ever take a job with this horrible low paying company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to motivate you employees instead if bringing everyone down to the weakest link. Manage the company instead if trying to make friend, after all it is a for profit business. Learn to get rid if your weakest link instead of limiting the ability if everyone else. If you can't learn to do better business then close the doors because the company is falling as I speak.

    Interview Details

I applied for the company through LinkedIn. A week later we had career fair where I went to them to submit my resume again but then they recognized my resume and told that they would be calling for an interview. I had to attend the interview at the company. It was for 1 hour where they asked me my work experience and basic questions regarding my education. A group of 5 members interviewed me.

    Interview Questions
    • Later on I had a remote skills test which was difficult. The solution was easy but finding the exact data was tough as they gave me about 400 attributes and told me to build 3 queries.   Answer Question
