I worked at McKenna Long & Aldridge full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Friendly and professional staff and management. The break room was very nice as it was fully stocked. A great place to begin a career in the legal field.

    Cons

Pay increases were not the best and there were some office politics in play. As with any large law firm some of the attorneys were nice and friendly while others felt that the support staff was below them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep up the good work.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at McKenna Long & Aldridge in August 2014.

    Interview Details

I placed my resume on LinkedIn and was contacted by the HR person. The first interview was set in a couple of days. It was a teleconference with two people, which took place in the firm's conference room. Soon after, I was invited to the second interview. This time I was interviewed in person by two other people. The atmosphere was very friendly and everyone was very professional and polite.
