    Pros

McKinley has been a great place for work over the summer. I'm coming back for another year and couldn't be happier. Good pay and a scholarship check at the end. The work is hard but rewarding because you get to watch people move into there homes. All the people at McKinley are real chill too.

    Cons

Long hours and no real time off for summer employee's outside of normal regular scheduled days off. SOmetimes you do more than really what is your job's description.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at McKinley, Inc. (Orlando, FL).

    Interview

There were several interviews for the Community Manager process. I had initially had an over the phone interview with HR then interviewed with someone from corporate. Then shortly after had to do property shops. After submitted met with a regional manager where the hiring process began. Everything seemed to be great at first but when you are employed be careful because chances are you will be terminated in no time.
