I worked at Mcfa full-time (more than 5 years)

Salaries are competitive and they have attracted an excellent team at all levels of the company. Their support of the local charities and the Houston Rodeo continue to prove their investment in the Houston community.

Industry is shrinking and it is not clear if MCF will be able to migrate business successfully into the electric market. The global MCF companies vision do not always match MCFA's vision making it more difficult to get things done.

    Interview Details

Overall, the interview process went smoothly. I was greeted by an HR rep and then he took me to a room where 3 gentlemen simultaneously interviewed me. They all took turns asking me questions, and we shared a few laughs. I asked them some questions as well. Then they had me demonstrate my skills using Auto-CAD software. Finally, the HR rep from earlier gave me a tour of their entire facility which was awesome! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
