    Pros

Nice coworkers, everyone seems to always want to help. Good work life balance and relationship building. The office culture is good and organized

    Cons

Outdated buildings. You have to park far away and take a shuttle into work. The compensation is ok for entry level positions with not much responsibility. The training is also very good and managers are always there to ask questions

    Advice to Management

Update everything in the building to more modern things. Increase compensation for its employees. Be very specific with the job in which you want to get done.
