    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Menards (Manchester, MO).

    Interview

I filled out an application and waited for a phone call to interview. I received a phone call shortly after, may a day or so, and interviewed with the HR manager of the location. We spoke about my previous experience and she asked what I knew about Menards. She asked about my interests and set me up to work in Millwork - I was hoping for automotive. Due to the store being new, I was able to start shortly thereafter.

    Interview Questions

    • My interests, dealing with difficult customers, the normal type of questions seen in an interview - very general.   Answer Question
