I worked at Menlo Logistics full-time (More than 3 years)

Great experience working for them. Upper management eager to help. Good benefits. Good work/life balance. Learned a lot during my time there.

The only con I could think of is that at times I felt like it was a little difficult to try and progress within the company. Got a little bit of the "run around", and wasn't quite sure where/who to turn to.

    Advice to Management

My only advise to management would be to let employees know how to advance their careers and who to talk to.
