I have been working at Merge Healthcare

    Pros

Merge = Learning Opportunities. Expect to be challenged and to work hard. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed, there are lots of career advancement opportunities. I personally have been given the chance to grow within and professionally it's been an amazing experience.

    Cons

The office layout is very spread-out. It would be nice if the office space allowed for more colleague interaction. Other than the layout, it's great... Daily the office provides: a cereal bar, milk, starbucks machine to brew your own coffee/latte/americano/etc, candy, and fruit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keeping looking for potential within the organization. It does wonders for morale. I would not be where i am today if it wasn't for management seeing my potential and for that i am thankful!

I applied online. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Merge Healthcare.

    Interview Details

The process took forever to the tune of 3 months. I applied online. I got a call 3 weeks later. I spoke with an executive for an hour. Three weeks later, I spoke to 2 more executives for hours. I reached out to the recruiter was told that I was still being considered for the role. I reached out again and was told that I was no longer considered. Why drag a person through 3 months of phone interviews and wishy washy answers? Speaks volumes of how this company may handle business.

    Interview Questions
    • There was nothing unexpected. One interviewer had no clue about the role, so I'm not sure how someone could interview a candidate, yet know nothing about the role. That was difficult.   Answer Question
