    I have been working at Mestek as an intern (More than 3 years)


    I gained real world experience in the company. A lot of very intelligent people around to answer questions.


    There are multiple workers that tend to do their own things while designing or analyzing systems. Even if they get to the correct conclusion on their project, when their part is taken into a bigger assembly that brings errors as some of the parts get rejected as they were made with different protocol.
