    Pros

    Great benefits
    Flexible schedule
    Family comes first
Very transparent on their financial standing in the community
    Freindly

    Cons

    Pay not competitive.
Favoritism to nurses in all department areas, so if you are not a nurse you will be bypassed in any promotion for a nurse even if you are qualified

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Methodist Health System (Dallas, TX) in April 2015.

    Interview

Excellent, timely. From time of application to email/then phone call was about 1 week.
Thorough interview with relative questions and discussion lasted about 45 minutes. Then met Medical Director of program. Another 30 minutes. Questions were the usual. Nothing surprising. No offer but I am in the "running" so to speak.
