    I have been working at MetroPCS full-time (more than an year)


    Laid back and pretty chill for the most part. Commission helps out a lot at the end of the week. Pay is pretty good. Gain experience and meet SOME pretty cool people. Some training meetings metropcs offers are pretty fun. Don't have to deal with annoying coworkers, for the most part. Not a hard labor job.


    Mean customers. Sometimes, inventory can get really low and decreases sales because most customers know what they want, so if we don't have the phone, they wont settle for anything else we have. A lot of hours, (but it can also be a good thing). Not too many employees, so hour flexibility isn't the best. No benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stock up on phones, they're going to sell anyway sooner or later, especially since they're all gsm now. Don't argue with customers, be patient and relax, at the end of the day everything will get resolved. :)

    Applied online 3 weeks ago and went in-person ask for a follow up and still nothing. Don't know how long I have to wait to get an interview. Just wish they can process applications faster.
