I have been working at Metso full-time (More than 10 years)

Flexible employer with a large global footprint that allows one to see and do interesting things. In a global role opportunity to travel and be part of global teams. Fairly good benefits.

Not the best salary level and a somewhat old working environment. Although a lot of renewal in management has happened there's still quite an old management style in the company.

    Advice to Management

Re-invent the working environment and don't be afraid to hire young people. Management style should also cater for the younger crowd.

The pulp, paper and power division provides machines for paper, tissue, and paper board making, pulping and fiber handling equipment, and textiles used in paper production.
