    Pros

you get to work at your own pace and are not micromanaged

    Cons

Leadership needs more direction they seem to not have

    Advice to Management

bonus and annual reviews should be performance based on the individual and not the global company

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Metso Minerals.

    Interview

Interview was thorough with most of the time being devoted to discussion of mining experience. No real rapport built and it seemed as though it was just a discussion of what the work would be. They were very straight forward in terms of what they asked.
