    I worked at Miami Dade College part-time (less than an year)


    Working here was great because I was always engaged with the students and tutoring them in whatever STEM subject they needed. Company values are great and they truly do care about their employees. They did offer raises every 6 months as well as a retirement plan. Very flexible when it came to your scheduling.


    Sometimes, the work place got very crowded which made it sometimes difficult to teach effectively.
    No other cons.
