We’re a small company achieving an outsized impact – and having the best and brightest people makes it possible. Working at MicroEdge requires you to challenge the status quo. As part of the team, you’ll interact with people at every level in the company and gain incredible know-how. We’ll expect you to step outside the box, and go beyond your job description to do the unexpected and the exceptional. The pace is fast and the learning is constant.
At MicroEdge, we embrace four essential values to guide the decisions we make and the actions we take. To be the organization we strive to be, we believe it is essential for every team member to embody a set of core traits – these are the behaviors and skills that we encourage, seek and reward; that when acted on, will lead us to be mutually successful.
You are self-motivated. Committed and accountable, you will not only identify an opportunity, but you will own it and work to solve it -- even when the best solution isn’t the easiest. You’re always ready to jump in and tackle a challenge.
You understand the value of our clients and everyone’s role in making their experience the best it can be. You listen, follow up and work your hardest to meet and exceed their expectations. You see your own success through the success of our clients.
You’re on Team MicroEdge – the players change depending on the project or initiative, but as part of the MicroEdge community you always collaborate well with others and consider a broad range of views. You put team achievement above personal accomplishments, and it shows.
You constantly seek new and better ways to do things. You’re creative, adaptable, and bring a unique perspective to your work. You’re not afraid to step out of your comfort zone or outside of your role, because you know that doing so will help you grow, and make MicroEdge better, too.
Philanthropy has been, and continues to be, a major force in our lives. It is expressed through the actions of individuals, families, corporations and their employees – all of whom have a desire to ‘do good’ or give back to the communities and causes they care about.
Just as this generosity is the cornerstone of philanthropy, MicroEdge is the conduit that makes the flow of charitable capital more efficient and effective. MicroEdge serves the wide span of organizations and individuals that give money, time and other resources with solutions and services designed to simplify and enhance the process of giving. Since 1985, MicroEdge has provided solutions for effective giving to more than 2,400 philanthropic organizations, large and small. We are ready to help you and your organization negotiate the complexity of processes associated with your special acts of giving.
It's not just a job. It's a calling.
MicroEdge clients work hard day after day to help their organizations achieve their missions – making the world, and the community they serve, a better place. They are driven to do extraordinary work, not by a paycheck, but by something greater. It’s a passion, a calling, an altruistic yearning to make a difference.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MicroEdge (New York, NY).
Phone interviews with staff lead to an in person interview with the then CTO. I also took an IQ quiz and was told on the spot that I would be extended an offer. I'm not sure if the same process is used now.
