I worked at MicroStrategyPros
Some very talented people work at Microstrategy that are willing to work very long hours to meet unreasonable deadlines.Cons
The executive team surrounding Saylor are "yes" men, afraid to question his unreasonable demands or have a reasonable discussion on any topic. No one is empowered to make any decisions. No training or advancement for employees. Large scale layoffs at Saylor's whim. No long or short term stategy. Most key people have left the company in the last year.Advice to ManagementAdvice

Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview
- Interview Details
I heard about the position from a friend, sent in my resume and got a phone interview about a week and a half later. About a week after the phone interview, I had an in person interview at headquarters where I met with four different people, and the interviews lasted between 30-45 minutes each. The questions were not too difficult, mainly because I was applying right out of college and had little experience in the industry.Interview Questions

- No curveballs or overly technical questions. I was asked my 5-10 year plan. Answer Question
