I was very unhappy, disappointed and totally stressed while working there.

I worked at Mid-States Bolt & Screw full-time for more than 10 years

they have a pretty good benefits package with 401k, health and dental/eye coverage.
I miss most of my former co-workers who all try to do their jobs to the best of their ability.

Too many people telling you what to do and never agreeing with each other. You will not know who to listen to. Lots of unfair treatment unless you are a "brown noser". They think everyone is trying to take advantage of them and they pit one against another. Makes for a very unhappy atmosphere to work in. Most employees are not satisfied or happy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remove the cell bars and treat people with the respect they deserve. Always be truthful and run your company with at least some integrity. Not everyone is out to "get" you.
