great job stability because of the backlog in work orders and pay was decent and the health benefits were good

upper managment was incompentant some time they would expect 3 to 4 weekends a month mandatory for overtime and saw no real advancement for opportunity

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

pay more attention to what the employees are saying and the advice that is given in ways to help save the company money and opperate more effeciently

    Interview Details

The hiring and interview process was standard for any mid-size company. I interviewed with several hiring managers and staff. I was given a tour of the facility and got to speak to some of the workers. A second interview was scheduled and then finally a third interview. A week went by between interviews which is pretty standard.
