Current Employee - Sales & Marketing Specialist in Willowbrook, IL

I have been working at Midtronics full-time (less than a year)

I haven't been here long, but the thing that has stuck out most is the respect the company has for it's employees. The level of transparency is unreal. Everyone knows exactly where the company stands financially, what our goals are, and what the plan of action is, because we are all part of the conversation. The on-boarding process was phenomenal, and I instantly felt like a valued member of the team. I appreciate the flexibility and growth potential allotted to my position.

Hmm, I've gained a few pounds because of all of the food that is always around. But, seriously - I'm very happy here so far.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue being transparent and offering a progressive, flexible work environment that allows employees to grow with the company.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Midtronics.

    Interview Details

Initial call from internal recruiter (instantly impressed by level of support offered by company) -> Phone interview with supervisor (excited about details of the job and how my skills fit in) ->
In-person interviews with supervisor, GM, and business services staff (thought provoking conversations about the direction of the company, the goals of the position, and cultural fit - because all are very important here).
I left the interviews really, really wanting the job.

    Interview Questions
    • I don't remember any of the questions being particularly difficult, but I did a lot of research on the company and the people that would be interviewing me ahead of time. Each interview felt more like a conversation.   Answer Question
