    Pros

    Get assigned a whole building to yourself mostly.
    Pay is decent, and you get mandatory raises each year.
    You work independently for most of the year.
    Conditioning and spare room for yourself.

    Cons

    Almost no upward advancement unless you are friends with the higher ups.
    No vacation days unless you work here full time.
    The management can be awful because they never change it up.
