Call volume must be high- 85+
Lots of the accounts are crappy and never buy.
The sales manager isnt required to sell or have much product knowledge, yet is the trainer.

Work with reps in getting good accounts. You cant make a bum buy a bentley. Just cant afford it.
Grow the sales team, dont just fire people if they miss a quota.
Have the sales manager at least maintain some accounts, so they can have a finger on the pulse of the marketplace. EVERY sales manager SHOULD SELL.Doesn't Recommend
