Former Employee - OTR Driver in Black River Falls, WI

I worked at Millis Transfer full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

They were honest and upfront with me. Pay always came on time. Safety bonuses every quarter. Decent miles 2500+ wk. Equipment is no more than three years old and well maintained.

    Cons

The OTR lifestyle is not for everyone. Some dispatchers dont communicate as well as others. Many new changes coming such as cameras and forced routing and anti-idling programs

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure to keep drivers #1 because they are the ones out away from their families trying to make a living.
