This is Mindshare.
Who we are
We are Mindshare. The global media network. We are nearly 7,000 people in 82 countries with one aim: to make our clients' brands more famous and more profitable.
Our network is always on, always live. Our people are acutely aware of what's happening in their city, their country, their specialist area of expertise. We understand brands, markets and media. Most of all, we understand other people. The people we live with. The people we work with. The people we are.
We are thinkers and doers, relentless in the pursuit of success for our clients. We do this by continually seeking - and usually finding - the perfect connection between their products and potential customers. As our name suggests, we help them gain a greater share of consumers' minds.
In the past, we did this by using our skill and clout to plan and negotiate great deals with broadcasters and publishing houses. In the liberated, unpredictable, spectacular media world of the 21st century, we use our analysis and creativity to commission a group of specialists to create a stream of brilliant ideas and control them as we distribute them around the world.

What we do
Gaining a greater share of customers' minds for our clients calls for original thinking and smart ideas. But they are worth little without rapid decision-making, committed action and faultless execution. In other words, we know the importance of getting things done - and doing them well.

I worked at MindSharePros
The work environment was very professional definitely way above average, one of the best. In terms of learning and the resources around me I never had to worry and never lacked in that area. Learned many mentors, tough competition but good payoff with experiences gainedCons
A lot of the senior management people were in their little sorority and the information that was important was never shared outside of their group of friends. With my latest group director I felt like I was out of the loop or group of good old friends. Made it clear in a condescending tones that I was not part of the crew.Advice to ManagementAdvice

Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview
- Application Details
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at MindShare in December 2014.Interview Details
It's mostly behavior questions and they are trying to find out if you are a logical or creative person. It really depends on the interviewer. There's not much surprises as you go through your resume and see if the job description matches with skills. The process take 2 weeks as the recruiter phone screen you and then set up an appointment for you to meet with the hiring managers. You will be interviewed by various companies and various employers from 1 to 1 meeting or a group of 3 hiring managers. It sounds frightening but it is easy and they don't really grill you into it as it's only entry level, but do be prepare and you will have some great interviews with others and apathetic interviews with others.Interview Questions
