    Pros

    Mindfield gives you the opportunity to get your foot in the door with little experience. The company has an awesome culture and an even better group of people to work with, and they really care about their people. They encourage and give you the opportunity to grow within the company, and the environment fosters personal development. Management lives by an open door policy, and they are more than willing to sit down with you and talk or discuss opportunities.

    Cons

    - pay is average, but opportunities for raises every few months

    Advice to Management

    Mindfield is an awesome company that gives people the chance to get great experience and is a place where people genuinely enjoy coming to work everyday. The culture is like no other and the people that make up this company are one of a kind. Management should continue to encourage internal growth for employees and keep that awesome culture alive; and I have no doubt that Mindfield will continue to be successful!
