    - welcoming to new employees - account managers are very supportive - gastown/chinatown lunch options - very clean and vibrant office - upbeat meetings/passionate CEO


    - unclear benefits, low pay - training could be done better - high turnover, not surprising to see someone leave every other week - for a high tech company, there seems to be a lot of tech issues

    Advice to Management

    - co-workers talk amongst each other saying how long they're planning to stay - the main reason we want to start job searching again is because the pay is too low and the work starts to feel redundant
