Who we are

We are Mindshare. The global media network. We are nearly 7,000 people in 82 countries with one aim: to make our clients' brands more famous and more profitable.

We are always looking for creative, energetic people to join us. We offer opportunities to make or continue a career in our core services like media planning and negotiation, or in specialist fields such as econometric modelling, new business, digital communication, sponsorship, entertainment, non-traditional marketing and multicultural services.

    Pros

    Wonderful place to start early on in your career, or straight out of school. Clear career progression. Easy to move up ladder quickly if you do well. Great opportunities for working abroad as well.

    Cons

    May be a challenge for more mature or older persons, due to the youth culture dominating the agency. Introverts may also have a hard time. It's a place where the bold and extroverted have a leg up.

    Advice to Management

    Not too much to improve. Curb the cliques and favoritism. Lota of cery young people becoming managers who've never managed before. Management training is essential.

    Had to meed with three people.They told me they wanted to call me back with one more round of interview with a presentation. Never heard back from them even I contacted them after the interview. Thought it was rude since they reached out to me first and I had to take a day off for this interview
