I worked at Minneapolis College of Art & Design full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Love art? This is a fantastic place to work in that you will be surrounded by art and artists at all times. Employees are fun to be around; mostly professionals in their 30s-40s. They seem to enjoy their jobs. Excellent location in South Minneapolis; beautiful campus. Tuition waiver.

    Cons

Some cons are: high cost of benefits, lack of diversity, cost per credit. It's hard to back a college that will most likely leave students with lots of debt. The college is small, so there isn't much room for advancement.

The interview process was very long. It took over a month to get sorted out and lots of people took their time on hiring for the position when it could have been done in a couple weeks. It is a nice place to contact the job poster.
