I worked at Minnesota State Universities System as a contractor (more than a year)

Many professional growth opportunities, diverse student and professional workforce, intellectual challenge. Facilities, work space, Human Relations personnel, training & development facilities, were all modern and well designed.

Large university system bureaucracy can delay evaluation and implementation of new ideas or processes. Sales and marketing support were limited by budget and lack of experienced mentors/supervisors.

    Interview Questions
    • Nothing was terrible unexpected. In fact the interview itself, other than being long, was pretty easy.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
Union job, public record for salaries, so negotiations were pretty easy. Just pull down the MAPE pay scale and pick where you want to land in it.
