Just like any grocery store environment the people, the job duties and quality of life there can be great. Each store could vary from each other in soo many ways.
Crazy bad hours. Long and on holidays and many days at a time. Store brand product was great, benefits were good.
Advice to Management
Keep the dream alive and don't close any more stores. Listen to the front line employees because they see what is going on in a daily routine.
