I have been working at Miovision Technologies (Less than a year)RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
Started a few months ago and so far really enjoying it. No company is perfect but they seem willing to change their approach and their processes to ensure things run smoothly. I like the agile environment. The snack tables are great although more variety would be good. The weekly company meetings are a good way to stay on top of what is going on and people are pretty open with their opinions while I like.
They seem to have a bit of a sink or swim approach to your first few weeks. The learning curve is pretty steep. People are helpful, but it would have been good to have a bit more training at the start.
Advice to Management
Company seems to have some big ideas, just don't under estimate how much work and change it will be to navigate it.
Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview

I applied online – interviewed at Miovision Technologies.
Went through the initial interview with HR, lots of basic questions, etc. nothing to exciting. Asked to complete cream.hr test which I apparently did quite well on. Within an hour of HR interview I was asked to interview with Hiring Manager. Did so and it went quite well and they then wanted me to interview with CEO which I found a bit strange. He stressed the whole culture side of things and we had a good chat. In the end I would have been a fair bit older than senior mgmt and I felt I was discriminated against based on this as the previous 2 interviews went very well and fast to the point where the hiring manager gave me the impression they wanted to hire me. Based on what I have read I don't thing the compensation would have been adequate.
- none really, the questions were pretty easy. Answer Question
