    I worked at MiraCosta College part-time


    Very flexible schedule, could set your own work hours, very caring people who spent a lot of time making sure that employees were happy. A lot of training too. Good entry level job that will look good on resume.


    Pay is not great but it's a college. Other than that there's not really any other cons I can think of

    I applied through other source. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at MiraCosta College in August 2013.

    Interview Details

    There was just one interview and it was not hard at all. You had to answer questions about what you would do in certain situations with students. You also had to answer questions about how you would handle situations with students with military backgrounds and disabilities.
