A great group of guys for the most part. Each project has a stripped down management hierarchy that doesn't get bogged down by an endless chain of command. Very knowledgeable about the industry and the projects you work on are captivating and engaging. The challenges the project team overcome makes completion that much more satisfactory.

The element of working on or over the world's oceans. The lack of designated help for some of the more technical operations. .

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stress to your supervisors on the craft crew level to plan key operations into their daily schedules to effectively utilize the operations that are inherently stretched too thin to be able to feasibly make their rounds on the most critical path assignments.
