    Outstanding support from upper level management (Dean of the Graduate Office), work-life balance (flexible and adjustable schedule in accord to your needs), training and development opportunities (learning process throughout 2 years with the bests), and the opportunity of meeting brilliant individuals (faculty and students).

    Cons

    There were not cons in particular. However, having some type of health benefits would help.

    1. phone interview first with 4 people; asked a few basic screening questions 2. 2-day campus interview with vice president, dean and faculty members/graduate students; very friendly school (with welcome basket in the hotel room and everything); a large campus;
