I have been working at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp full-time (More than 5 years)
Really friendly employees and good work culture all around. Very busy, which is a great thing; there are few dull moments. Training every once in a while to keep skills sharp and to keep everyone up to date. I was pretty glad to be there.
Little mobility in the way of promotions. Downsides are mostly to the building, not the company, but small nits such as poor options for lunch in the building or bad parking are irritating.
