I worked at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

It is the best place to work if you are very passionate about engineering. I had gone as an intern and I never felt bored as my mentors kept me busy with some work or the other and provided really great guidance. The office people are very friendly, helpful and passionate about their work.

    Cons

Sometimes it might seem that the work life balance will be hampered as they are very hard working people and workaholic too. But for a bachelor and as a graduate student I guess its just the best place one can start at.

    Interview Details

i would advice that the process should be based on the reality of the over all market and should be hired on the basis of the experience and market exposure.i would advice that everyone should be very precise to the point in the interview and should not any vague commitments which will prove to be a disaster for the candidate in future. Culture should be very friendly and should work as a team for the betterment of organisational goals.
