    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Mitsubishi International full-time (More than 10 years)

Good work ethics, friendly employees, opportunities to explore different markets and indusries from the same department. Average benefit comparing all large or small companies.

Low pay comparing with US companies of the same size. Culture is still Japanese even though it is a subsidiary incorporated in the USA. The worst is no promotion opportunity because all middle or upper managers are rotated from Japan to the US.

    Advice to Management

Open mind and welcome American business culture. Rotating staffs do not always must come as managers, instead they can come to learn American ways of operating business.
