I worked at Mitsubishi International full-time (more than 5 years)

People were very easygoing and friendly. As long you knew you work, there were no hassles from anyone and people were willing to help you if you needed assistance.

If you hit the ceiling salary wise, you will need to reconsider your wanting to work here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to reward your "American" personnel with pay equal to what is paid by similar companies here.
