    I worked at MobileOne

    Pros

    Many staffs stayed for long period of time. Management and benefits are good

    Cons

    I just dont like giving my complete name given to the customer which is required by the management specially in customer service. Some of my friends in billing hotline received threats from customers. Hopefully there will be a chance not to give the complete name when being asked by customer for staffs protection specially those working in hotline.
