I have been working at Modis full-time (More than 3 years)
I am going on three years with the organization. There is a great commission structure and success is attainable with hard work and focus. Managers care about the success of their team and work toward fostering the individual growth of their employees in weekly meetings. Regional leadership communicates effectively and clearly. I find this career to be challenging and enjoyable.
Part of growing includes pushing yourself. Sometimes it's hard to meet the demanding metrics and grow consistently. When individuals meet their goals they are paid very well.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work. Demand excellence from your team and they will give it to you.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Modis.
Started with a phone screen from a corporate recruiter than referred to 2 managers. There was an online assessment to take and if you did good you will have a face to face interview as well as meeting the entire team. That was a good process and enjoyable.
