    Compensation and Benefits are exceptional; Plenty of PTO; Sr Management is accessible; quality of life is maintained, home by 530-6pm most nights; flexible work schedule

    Cons

    Working with the federal govt makes jobs stressful at times; company success depends greatly on govt contracts, which, if lost, could mean you are out of a job

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I have no advice or feedback to offer the leadership of M21; they are doing an exceptional job on all accounts and I am proud to with with/for them

    Had a 30 minute introductory phone call and then a 2 hour interview with 3 different people. Very standard questions about deadlines, dealing with stress, travel and knowledge of the industry.
