    I worked at Moen full-time

    Pros

Fortune 500 company. Big corporation with local feel. Friendly people, you can dress comfortable and be yourself. Management cares about you and allows work/life balance. Good stability.

    Cons

Non stop phone calls and you're expected to take more and more. It gets tough.

    Advice to Management

Allow more room for growth and promote from within.

    Interview

Really great interview process. Quick tour. Individual interview with multiple people. Quick 10 minute format and rotation. Very easy and personal. The hardest question was a hypothetical question/puzzle. Overall, I really enjoyed the process.
