    Friendly environment - open culture and leadership style. There is opportunity for cross functional development. High on Corporate Responsibility and community affairs. Compensation and benefits top quartile.


    Tends to be a short-term view when the chips are down - cutting costs and some-times jobs to meet goals.

    Put employees before investors - don't use employee costs to balance the books

    1 interview for my position. very light interview, non-stressful, 2 supervisors asking standard interviewing questions. Pleasant...Lasted about an hour. No waiting on supervisiors to join the interview as they were both together and on time!
