Amazing product. Truly one of the most powerful products I've ever seen in that it helps our customers make A LOT of money by personalizing experiences across web, mobile web, native app, and email. Beautiful UI that is *truly* marketer friendly.

Noisy market. Prospects are easily confused by many of the other products that promise to help them personalize and optimize their digital marketing. Differentiation of our solution can be a challenge.

Continue to work on defining our position in the space through marketing and sales channels so it's clear to e-commerce and retail companies why we're the best solution to help their business.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Monetate (Conshohocken, PA).
Panel style interview where you present a short deck about why you feel you would be a great fit for the company and then you go through the process of sitting with members of your potential team and more or less discuss your prior experience and your fit with the company.
