    I enjoyed the customers above everything. Benefits came in second. I have no problems relating to a person experiencing any problems with their coverage


    Constant change every 5 years. The name changed every 5 years. Management rolled over too often.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees with the utmost respect. Your customers are the ones who got this company where it is at.

    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Monumental Life (Detroit, MI) in February 2012.


    Very simple. Interview,speak with a manager, then take a simple test. The whole interview is fairly quick. They need agents. So look sharp, test well, your in. Manager is a good guy. If your unlucky enough to get the female as your manager steer clear. Just a word of advise!

    • The Limra test is tricky for some. Answer it with the thinking of "cooperation" in mind. Other than that there are no surprises here. Simple straight forward.   1 Answer
