Former Employee - Kitchen Worker in Chicago, IL

I worked at Moody Bible Institute part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Very flexible hours. Worked in the kitchen and was afforded the opportunity to really gain experience and knowledge of the kitchen.

    Cons

Work schedule comprised of clusters of short shifts. While this can be a positive, it was hard to substantially accumulate a good number of hours during the week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ask the workers often how are they doing and if there are improvements they see that can be made.
