    I worked at Morneau Sobeco

    Pros

    - good environment - managers & coworkers were all friendly and helpful
    - good hours - as a co-op, was not required to work much over time
    - good pay - as comparable to other jobs, the pay was fair, with bonues for passing actuarial exams
    - reasonable work load

    Cons

For people in the consulting area, the hours were potentially very long, but as a co-op it was very reasonable.

    Interview Details

Two interviews. You need at least 2 SOA exams to get an interview, and work experience or a dazzling GPA and school and evidence you are bright and diligent. All the other candidates are as well, so standing out is tough.
