I have been working at Mosaic full-time (less than a year)

    The people are great.
Everyone is willing to help out.
    The benefits are amazing.
Knowing the daily routine is going to be the same but never knowing the outcome of what's to happen. Every day is a new adventure in every sense.
Knowing that just because you're there the people in service are happy and excited to see you.

Not being able to advocate as much as some people need.
People not wanting to stay on for long periods of time.
Unable to pass certain medications due to nursing restrictions.

    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

Dysfunctional. Had three interviews over a six month period. They don't call you back and tell you what is going on. You have to call them constantly and quite often you don't receive a call back. They won't provide you a salary range during the process so you don't know if you are wasting your time.
