Management truly cares about the growth and development of each employee. There is a transparency at this company that I have never experienced before. As a corporate employee you are given a lot of autonomy, which is a positive change from other companies I have worked for. Mosaic strives to have an amazing company culture and you see proof of that through our many events, happy hours and team activities. Being surrounded by some of the smartest people I have ever met intimidated me at first, but having easy access to those individuals and departments has helped me greatly in my career, both professionally and personally.
Promotions seem like a group initiative based on time worked at the company, opposed to individual merit earned. In some instances (higher level positions) instead of promoting from within, Mosaic will hire from the outside.
Advice to Management
Continue the same transparency with budgets and company health through to career growth and promotions. Putting in a lot of time at a company is definitely important, but that should not be a determining factor for a promotion. Hard work, grit, work experience, culture fit, adaptability and an all around stand out stellar employee should be top factors.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks – interviewed at Mosaic Sales Solutions in June 2015.
Mosaic recruiter had contacted me after they had found my resume online. The initial phone conversation was about my job experience. Afterwards, they had me do an online recording interview. It had 5 questions requiring 3 video answers and 2 written answers. The experience was new but innovative. It seemed like a good company to work for.

They had offered me $15 per hour for part time. I was in last interview process with another company that can potentially pay me significantly more at different company. I took my chances.
