    I worked at Motion Industries full-time (more than 5 years)


    You get weekends and the typical holidays off, there are over 500 locations in the US and a few in Canada if relocation is desirable, the benefits are good, flexible with schedules within reason.


    It is a highly male driven industry and company which allows for sexual harassment issues however each location is different. Not much training provided if it's your first time in the industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide more performance management evaluations in order to keep turnover down, set employees for success by providing them with useful training. Make sure management does not overstep boundaries and push forward with annual sexual harassment trainings.

    Interview Details

    Quick and easy. Very personable. I sat down and was asked basic and normal questions. I felt relaxed in the interview. I was then shown the warehouse and given a brief overview of what was needed to be done and what was expected of me.
