I have been working at Motion Industries

    Pros

I started pushing a broom for this company 6 years ago and now I'm working with a high profile corporate account. I'm not pretending this is a standard, in fact it's not, but it brings to light the emphasis this company puts on experience, knowledge, and personality. If you got it, reguardless of your degree, you will do well.

Every branch is treated as its own business and direction and demand tend to be from the local branch up vs. Corp. down.

    Cons

Motion's mantra still seems to be throw every new hire into the fire.

The company was very polite, and very christian going people. I got to travel from place to place and meet new people. It was an awesome job. I loved working there and if I could I would love to work there again, but I moved to a different state. They taught me a lot and we were off on Sundays if i remember correctly.

Power transmission products may not be on anyone's Christmas list, but Santa's workshop couldn't groove without the parts that Motion Industries sells.
