    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Motiva Enterprises full-time (More than 3 years)

Great money, work 14 days per month, good benefits, job security

Shift work causes you to be away from family and friends throughout the year including birthdays and holidays. A process operator is a very dangerous's like using a gas can to play with fire, literally.

    Advice to Management

Employees who are treated good work harder. Employees who are treated badly don't give a damn about the cimpany....bottom line!!
